UMBR Media commits to producing content such as, videos and films as described in the agreed-upon terms with the client(s). We will work diligently to meet the creative and technical specifications outlined in the project scope.

4. Legal Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content produced by UMBR Media complies with all applicable laws and regulations. UMBR Media is not liable for any legal issues that may arise due to the content's nature, including but not limited to defamation, copyright infringement, or any other legal claims.

5. Rights and Usage:

UMBR Media retains the rights to share and repost the produced content for marketing and portfolio purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing on our website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.

6. Client Approval:

Clients will have the opportunity to review and approve the final content before it is published or delivered. Any necessary revisions should be communicated within the agreed-upon revision period.

7. Confidentiality:

UMBR Media respects the confidentiality of client information and the creative ideas shared during the production process. We will not disclose any sensitive information without the client's explicit consent.

8. Changes to the Fulfillment Policy:
