Cancellation of services after the commencement of the project will not be eligible for a refund. However, if a cancellation is requested before the start of the project or within a specified grace period outlined in the service agreement, UMBR Media may, at its discretion, consider a partial refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to a thorough review process. UMBR Media is not responsible for delays or failures in performing services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events.
